First off, I want to say that absolutely adore this scent. I picked up these items at my local Bath & Body Works toward the beginning of this month and I’ve enjoyed them a lot. I usually go for the sweeter, more fruity scents—but vanilla is my guilty pleasure. This has become my go-to perfume.

Nude nail polishes have gradually become some of the most popular nail polishes out there. They are almost as essential as matte lipsticks. Nude nails look sleek, elegant, and professional. It goes with any outfit, any time of year. Recently I picked up this shade from my local drugstore. It took me a while to figure out which nude nail shade I wanted to buy because I had never bought one before. Eventually, I settled on “Elegant” because it seemed to flatter my skin tone.

Recently I picked up this lipstick and I’m very excited to try it. Revlon is a high-end drugstore brand. This means that their products are usually between $6 and $15. I have used Revlon in the past and I think it is a lovely brand with beautiful lipsticks, nail polishes, and foundations. I was looking for a new nude lipstick and this one compelled me.

In the past, I’ve used regular Bioré Pore Cleansing Strips on days when I feel that I should look my best. I never really thought that they were the most effective product on the market, but they made me feel as though that my face was really clean, and that is a very satisfying feeling. Over the summer, I tried the Japanese Charcoal Mask. I’ve read fantastic reviews on this product, so I was very excited to use it and see the results for myself. The makeup you wear every day has to be subtle. It can’t damage your face and it can’t take very long to apply. Unless you’re an absolute pro, you probably can’t afford to do full face makeup when you’re running late to work. Here are the products I use when I’m in a rush and don’t want to look as though I’ve just rolled out of bed. This post is also a tutorial, so the products are in order of which I recommend using first.
1. Eyebrows
Brow Pencil, Brush, and/or Gel. I use the ColourPop Bro Pencil. It’s just $5. I absolutely love Coloupop and I definitely recommend this product. It is a subtle and very gentle pencil to fill in your brows. It also has an eyebrow brush on the other end of it. Buy it here for just $5. Hair Masks are helpful in making your hair grow, look healthy, and to stop your hair from getting frizzy. We all have different needs when it comes to keeping our hair looking its best. Here are 7 all-natural hair masks.
To make these hair masks, you will need to mix all of the ingredients into a paste and massage the mixture into your scalp (I suggest starting from the top and working your way down). Keep in mind that for curly hair the results will take longer to see because curly hair grows slower. Before applying any mask, brush tangles out of your hair to yield the best results. After massaging the mask into your hair, cover your hair with a shower cap and let the mask set for at least 30 minutes. Finally, wash your hair with whatever products you usually use. It’s Summer. It’s warm, you’re in a good mood, and you have some free time on your hands, so it feels natural to want to paint your nails. Although you might love feeling like a risk-taker when you put on your neon orange nail paint, you soon come to realize that it doesn’t match with any of your clothes. In an attempt to stay away from basic whites, blacks, and nudes, I vowed to find myself a color that was summery, beautiful, and matched with many of my outfits. I found that wonderful shade when I put on the OPI Puerto Vallarta Violeta.

Happy One Month of Blogging to Me! Yesterday was August 10th, which means that one month ago I sat on my laptop and began writing my first blog post. Here are some Tips & Tricks for beautiful, white teeth in just 2 minutes. I’ve tried quite a few of these recipes and they work incredibly quickly. After brushing your teeth just once you will notice a difference in the color of your teeth. By using these mixes regularly, your teeth will stay healthy and you’ll never have to worry about having yellow teeth again! You can add these ingredients to your normal toothpaste if you are worried about the taste of the mixtures.
I suggest only making as much as you’ll need for about a week because this solution becomes less effective with each passing day.
